Tell us where the car is, where it needs to go and what's happened. We contact independent recovery operators covering the area and send you one quote, with the booking fee and the operator's charge shown separately. Nothing is booked until you accept.

Asking for a quote does not book the job.

Help with an existing booking

If you've already accepted a quote, have your reference number ready. Your tracking page shows whether we're still finding an operator or one has been assigned.

To cancel, call 078 3333 9309 (best for an urgent job), reply to your booking message on WhatsApp or SMS, or email us. A cancellation takes effect when we receive it. Cancel within 15 minutes of confirming, or before an operator is assigned (whichever comes first), and the booking fee is refunded in full. After that, half or the full fee is kept, as set out in cancelling and refunds.

If anything about the operator or the job worries you on the day, call or email straight away.

Make a complaint

Email or call with your reference number and what happened. We acknowledge a complaint within 1 business day, give a first response within 3 business days, and resolve it within 5 to 10 business days, depending on how complex it is.

If someone asks for your card details

We don't take card payments on this website and we don't ask for your card details. If anyone claiming to be from Snap asks for your card or PIN details, don't give them, and report it to us.

Who you're contacting

Snap is run as a sole trader business, not a registered company. Snap arranges recovery; independent recovery operators carry out the work, and our operators page explains how they're checked.
